Ryan Philpott was the star of the show for Lydd with his brace helping them open up a 3-point gap on the chasing pack.
Snodland Town are up to 3rd place after their 4-1 in at Bermondsey Town and Bridon Ropes are 5th thanks to their 3-1 victory at Croydon.
Lewisham Borough are off the bottom of the table after picking up their first win of the season and they leap above SC Thamesmead, who lost at Tooting Bec.
AFC Whyteleafe were convincing winners against Rochester United while the only draw of the day came between Forest Hill Paerk and Faversham Strike Force.
