AGM – Thursday 25th June

The League AGM will took place on Thursday 25th June at Cray Valley PM FC.

Here is a round-up of events…

The Minutes of the Annual General Meetings held on Thursday 19th June 2025 were confirmed.

Changes were made to The Southern Counties East Football League Limited – Beckenham Town and Minster were added while Chessington & Hook, Punjab United and Whitstable Town were removed from membership.

The Premier Division constitution was confirmed as: AFC Greenwich Borough, Bearsted, Beckenham Town, Chislehurst Glebe, Corinthian, Erith & Belvedere, Faversham Strike Force, Fisher, Hollands & Blair, Kennington, Larkfield & New Hythe, Petts Wood & Holmesdale, Phoenix Sports, Rusthall, SE Dons, Snodland Town, Sutton Athletic, Tunbridge Wells.

The First Division constitution was confirmed as: Banstead Athletic, Bridon Ropes, Croydon, FC Elmstead, Greenways, Halls Athletic, Hythe Town, Lewisham Borough, Lordswood, Lydd Town, Minster, Rochester United, SC Thamesmead, Sheppey Sports, Stansfeld, Staplehurst Monarchs, Tooting Bec, Welling Town.

Five new clubs were voted into the Development League; AFC Greenwich Borough, Charcoal, Cray Valley, Petts Wood & Holmesdale, Welling United.

The Development Divisions were confirmed as;
East: Bearsted, Deal Town, Faversham Town, Hastings United, Herne Bay, Hollands & Blair, Hythe Town, Lordswood, Lydd Town, Maidstone United, Sheppey Sports, Sheppey United, Staplehurst Monarchs, Whitstable Town.
West; AFC Greenwich Borough, Charcoal, Corinthian, Chislehurst Glebe, Cray Wanderers, Cray Valley, Erith & Belvedere, Kent United, Petts Wood & Holmesdale, SC Thamesmead, Snodland Town, Stansfeld, Tunbridge Wells, Welling United.

The Finance Report was approved and Reporting Accountant elected as A4G LLP

It was noted that this will be the Denise Richmonds’ 24th year as League Chair.

The Standardised Rules for 26/27 were confirmed and Membership Fees plus Match Official Structure accepted.

League Cup rules were confirmed

The Development League will start on August 17th and end on May 14th.

Following the AGM, there were four brief presentations from:
  1. Lucy Kidd – Safeguarding Updates and Requirements
  2. Richard Judd – Discipline Update and Law Changes
  3. John D’Arcy – Safety and Security
  4. Nick Inge – iTrust

 

Presentations were then made to our League and Golden Boot winners plus our final Manager of the Month awards were handed out.
Club representatives were on hand to collect for the winners.
