It was an ‘Away’ day this Bank Holiday Monday with the 5 games seeing 4 of the travelling sides collect wins and the other pick up a point.

It was a good day for Stansfeld as they left Dartford as 3-1 winners over Kent Football United.

Despite going behind to a Rodney Adamon-Eruotor opener, goals from Ollie Milton and two from Macey Malyon earned Stansfeld the 3 points and moved the unbeaten side up to 2nd.

Faversham Strike Force also won 3-1 on the road heavily in thanks to a double from Luke Baptiste.

With the visitors 2-0 up Jack Jeffery pulled one back for Greenways but Tom Barton sealed the game in the final minute.

VP were the winners of the ‘Meridian Derby’ even though Jack Kirby scored early for Bridon Ropes.

Julian Amaya quickly levelled and Jack Mahon got the winner to end a 4-game losing run for Meridian VP.

Just 2 days ago Lydd Town got thumped 10-2 but today they kept a clean sheet showing a lot can change over a Bank Holiday Weekend!

The Lydder’s Harry Andrews scored the only goal of the game against a Staplehurst Monarchs side that now sit bottom of the First Division table.

Snodland Town and Larkfield & New Hythe gave us the first 0-0 game of the season in front of a crowd of 341 at Potyn’s Sports Ground.

The point was enough to move Larkfield into the top 3 while Snodland now find themselves in 10th place.
