Wins today for AFC Whyteleafe and Staplehurst Monarchs mean that this title race is going right down to the wire.

Whyteleafe beat Lewisham Borough 3-1 and Staplehurst were 4-2 victors at home to Meridian VP – with David Latunde claiming a hat-trick.

Victory for Rochester United means that they are guaranteed a play-off place while Larkfield & New Hythe just need 1 more point to confirm theirs after they beat Tooting Bec 2-1.

At the other end of the table, SC Thamesmead are out of the bottom 3 for the first time in a long time after coming from behind to beat Faversham Strike Force, while Greenways fight for survival continues after they won the Cobdown Derby 4-3 against K Sports.

Bridon Ropes point against Canterbury City was their 4th draw in a row and means that they will not finish in a relegation place.
