SCEFL Challenge Cup  – 2015

Greenwich Borough 3-0 Lordswood

Six years ago today Deal Town picked up a 3-0 win at home to Fisher. Ryan Philpott, Charlie Dickens and Connor Coyne got the goals for the Hoops who would go on to finish in 13th place.
The other 2 league games on the night finished level. Fray James netted twice for Croydon before Corinthian rallied late on while Chris Wright scored a double for Holmesdale in a 3-3 draw with Beckenham.

In the SCEFL Challenge Cup Jake Britnell, Scott Kinch and Billy Bennett all scored for Greenwich Borough as they beat Lordswood 3-0.
Borough would go on to beat Tunbridge Wells in the final.

Beckenham Town 4-0 AFC Croydon Ath
Canterbury City 5-0 Welling Town
Corinthian 10-0 Erith & Belvedere
Bearsted 3-0 Punjab United

This night last year was a good one for the home sides that played as all 4 won without conceding, racking up a total of 22 goals.
Corinthian were the top scorers, netting a record for the season of 10. It would help them to be well placed for promotion when the season was unfortunately cut short just a few weeks later.
A new-look Canterbury City hit a handful at home to Welling Town while Ryan Hall and Dominic Ogun-Fortser were among the goals for leaders Beckenham Town against AFC Croydon.
Lucian Scarlat got the last of 3 as Bearsted beat Punjab United.
