Crowborough Athletic 0-1 Whitstable Town

Ricky Freeman got the only goal of the game in Whitstable Town’s top of the table clash with Crowborough Athletic. The result put an end to any hopes the Crows had of featuring in the title race but kept Whitstable firmly in the hunt for lifting the Silverware in a few weeks time.

There was one game in each Division on this Wednesday night in 2017 with Tunbridge Wells edging out Rochester United, thanks to a Jon Pilbeam goal, while substitutes Marcus Black and Tom Pratt scored for FC Elmstead in a 2-2 draw with SC Thamesmead.

We had 20 goals from the 4 games taking place on this day in 2016 with Crowborough Athletic getting 6 of them in a comfortable win at home to Holmesdale. Sam Carrington got a late double for the Crows, with Josh Biddlecombe, Gianfranco Mici, Alex Rich and Callum Ridley getting the others.
Jake Britnell scored twice in an exciting win for Greenwich Borough over Croydon and Rene Rivera set Deal Town on course for a big win at Rochester United.
Anthony Adesite got the only goal of the game in a 1-0 win for Erith Town against Hollands & Blair.

Back in 2014 Whyteleafe kept on target for the title with a 3-2 win at Tunbridge Wells. Erith Town were the biggest winners, hitting Rochester United for six and Deal Town were also on form, beating Sevenoaks Town 4-0 at the Charles Sports Ground.
