FC Elmstead – Summer Updates
Updates from FC Elmstead ahead of the 2024/25 season start…
“FC Elmstead are pleased to announce the appointment of Brehnan Chidley as the new First Team Manager.
Brehnan will be assisted by Billy Reynolds and Luke Snazel.”
“This season we welcome back Matthew Faithorn. Matt has been working with the club since his early teens and played with us last season alongside his role as under 21s manager. He brings experience as a solid, dependable centre back and is a credit to the team!”
“Higgins returns! Former Elmstead forward Scott Higgins has returned after spending time elsewhere in search of regular minutes. His impressive season last year saw him contribute regularly in goals, both scoring and assisting and we look forward to having him back in our front.”
“Finally Fearn signs! We are delighted to announce long term target Jamie Fearn has joined for the coming season. The tricky right winger arrives following a disjointed season last term ready to kick on and add valuable fire power to our front line!”
“Sanders Secured! After a strong season in 23/24 with Ide Hill and more recently Welling Town, we at Elmstead are pleased to announce Alfie Sanders has signed for the coming year. The midfielder’s composure, ability on the ball and work rate are sure to be big assets!”
“Goodayle is Good to Go! Next up, another player who excelled last season in the Kent Premier earning himself a move into the SCEFL late into the season, energetic midfielder Tom Goodayle joins ready to hit the ground running. We look forward to seeing Tom dominate in midfield!”
“Petrou Puts Pem to Paper! Sharpshooter Stacey Petrou joins the club this season after another clinical season in front of goal last term. Having fought off strong competition for his signiture, we are excited to add him to our attack for the coming season!”
“Croucher Commits! Adding a weath of creativity and guile to our squad, experienced midfielder Ryan Croucher has joined the club. We are delighted to have Ryan on board. Ryan joins ready to hit the ground running and we can’t wait to see him in action!”
“Hurst Happy To Sign! Another new signing this season is experienced defender Jamie Hurst. His aggressive playing style will be sure to upset our opposition. We look forward to adding his gritty attitude to our side.”
