Erith Town’s Friday night trip to West Sussex ended in a narrow defeat with Three Bridges running out 2-1 winners.
The Isthmian South East side took an early lead, Alfie Eldridge equalised but the hosts were back in front by the break.
Erith pressed and prodded throughout the second half but Three Bridges held on and it will be them that see their name drawn from the hat on Monday.
An electrifying first half display saw Phoenix Sports book their place in the next round of the FA Cup – at the expense of league rivals Rusthall.
The game at the Mayplace Ground was only 7 minutes old when Marcus Elliott finished from close range to put the hosts ahead.
The referee disallowed Elliott’s next effort that crossed the line but he legitimately claimed his brace just after the half hour mark when rising highest to head home a Dave Martin set-piece.
The third Phoenix goal came just before the break and was a thing of beauty with Ryan Hayes rifling home a 30 yard free kick into the top corner.
The second half was a more even affair with Dave Martin and Lee Bird testing Rusthall keeper Tommy Taylor early on at one end and winger Reuel Powell-Downey being a constant threat for Rusthall down the other.
Manny Oshinowo made it 4-0 in the 80th minute when he converted a Hayes cross and despite a late Rusthall consolation effort Phoenix Sports were worthy winners, and it is they that will eagerly await Monday’s draw.
Fisher will also be in the hat, but they have some work still to do before confirming their place in the next stage.
On Saturday they went behind to an early Spelthorne Sports opener but thanks to a Manny Shoderu penalty they get to go again on Tuesday night.
