Erith Town updates – 2022/23

 

Updates ahead of the 2022/23 season from Erith Town.

 

– Erith Town are delighted to announce their first four signings for the 2022/23 season, and they are Tom Ash, Lennie Barnes, Joe Chalker and Ronnie McLean.

All four have graduated from the Erith Town Academy and all four made first team appearances last season, with Tom Ash going on to win both Player of the Year and Players Player of the Year awards. All four were also integral to the U18s excellent 2021/22 FA Youth Cup run.

Dockers Manager Adam Woodward said “These graduates have earned this opportunity and all have the right attitude to push on further in the game. We hope they continue to progress and bring us some silverware in the future.”

“They all realise that the hardwork starts in pre-season, and our hope is that these signings send a clear signal to all the young players within our U23s, Academy and Youth section that the Dockers Pathway is a reality and not just a hashtag.”

 


– Erith Town are delighted to announce Striker Steadman Callender has signed a one year deal with The Dockers for the forthcoming season.

Steadman, who has been with the club since 2017, bagged 20 league goals last season and The Dockers are pleased to have secured his services for next season.

 


– Erith Town are pleased to announce that defender Harry Lawrence and prolific striker Alfie Eldridge have each signed a one year deal with The Dockers for the forthcoming season.

Harry was a key player for the U23s, he was also part of our excellent FA Youth Cup run last season.

Harry made 11 first team appearances and also impressed whilst on loan at Sporting Club Thamesmead and The Dockers would like to thank their Manager Aaron Jeffrey for helping Harry with his development.

Alfie was in the goals for the U23s last season, and during our excellent FA Youth Cup run. He also impressed whilst on loan at Sporting Club Thamesmead with 9 goals in 10 starts and The Dockers would like to thank their Manager Aaron Jeffrey for helping Alfie with his development.


– Erith Town are delighted to announce the signing of striker Harry Taylor on a one year deal.

Harry was a prolific striker with Red Velvet FC last season scoring 53 goals in their promotion season and we would like to thank the

their management for their assistance.

NEW SIGNINGS!
The Dockers are delighted to welcome new signings Jerome Jayaguru and Ladic Melconian to the club.
Jerome is a dominate Centre Half and Ladic is a goal scoring midfielder, both impressed in our 1-0 victory on Saturday vs Ashford United.

The Premier Division season gets underway on Saturday 30th July.
