Canterbury City claimed their second win this season when gaining a 2-1 victory at home to K Sports.

Adam Woollcott scored twice for the hosts, either side of a Ben White leveller for the Paperboys.

With the win City move up a place into 19th equal on points with tonight’s beaten opponents.

Hollands & Blair are now in 5th place following a 3-1 win at Punjab United.

George Goodwin scored his 6th goal of the season to give the hosts an early lead at the Steve Cook Stadium before Danny Kedwell made it 1-1 with a 20th minute penalty.

Ben Brown and Tom Loynes also went on to score for Blair in the first half and with no further goal action the points went away with the visitors.

A 3rd defeat in 4 games for Punjab United keeps them in 12th place with discipline problems seeming to hamper their progress so far this season.

At the Erith Stadium Fisher held the hosts to an entertaining 0-0 draw.

Both sides had chances to win it but each take a point, with Fisher now in 13th place and Erith Town up into 9th.

In the Sussex County Challenge Cup Crowborough Athletic progressed to Round Two after a comfortable 3-0 win at Seaford Town.

John Sinclair, Ehis Izokun and Jack Funnell got the goals for the Crows.
