Tower Hamlets 0-3 Beckenham Town

First Division

FC Elmstead 0-2 Forest Hill Park

Balham ended a 3-game losing streak with a 2-1 home win over Erith Town.

Steadman Callender had given the Dockers an early lead before Tom Read levelled just before the break.

Read then went on to get the winner in the second half earning Balham the 3 points that see them move into 7th place.

Tower Hamlets are still winless and pointless after a 3-0 home defeat to Beckenham Town.

There wasn’t much action in the first half but the second 45 made up for that with Becks grabbing 3 quickfire goals before the hour mark.

Steve Townsend scored twice, the first from a free kick, while Tyrone Pink finished off a fine team move for the other one.

The 3 points moves Beckenham into the top half while Tower Hamlets remain bottom.

Forest Hill Park got their season up and running with a 2-0 win over FC Elmstead at the London Hire Ground.

Mason Saunders scored both goals for Forest in the first half giving them their first 3 points of this campaign.
