Speedy full back on board at Trams

Croydon have added a highy-rated full back to their ranks with the signing of John Akoto.

The former Hastings United man is known for his pace and athleticism so will fit perfectly into Liam Giles hard-working squad.

Croydon have been busy during the extended close period and now with the season start on the horizon their line-up is taking an impressive shape.

The likes of Lee Allen, Kieran Rufus, Archie Todd and Kieran Dias have been added to a squad that were on the fringes of the promotion pack last time around – and could well be firmly in it during 2020/21.

With Akoto in their team their chances have no doubt just improved.
