Saturday 9th November – First Division
FC Elmstead remain at the top of the table but only by a point after they were beaten at home to Greenways. The visitors nicked a last minute winner from Theo White to take the points which moves themselves into the top six following three consecutive wins.
Holmesdale are just a point behind the leaders following a 4-1 home win over Bridon Ropes. Jordan Eels, Timmy Babington, Andy Constable and Ryan Golding were all on target for the second placed Dale.
Rusthall came from 2-0 down at the break to take the points from Croydon to move into 3rd place.
Rochester United are now 4th after seeing off Kent Football United 5-0. Harrison Hume was the star of the day with a hat-trick while Tom Cackett and Harry Hornsby also netted.
The only draw of the day in the SCEFL came at Ladywell Arena as Lewisham Borough and SC Thamesmead shared the points. Harry Main scored for the hosts shortly after coming on as substitute while Rolex Buiti claimed a last minute leveller.
Meridian VP got back to winning ways as they edged past Lydd Town 2-1 in South East London. George Kerenski got the hosts off to a perfect start before Alex Coyne replied before the break. With 20 minutes left to play Jason Kaate got the winner and MVP had earned a much needed win.
A goal in each half was all it took for Forest Hill Park to return from Snodland Town with all 3 points. Oli Milton and Joji Phillips got the goals as back-to-back wins for Forest mean they are now inside the top ten.
Stansfeld disrupted Kennington’s promotion hopes as they beat them 1-0 at Foxbury. The only goal of the game came in the 33rd minute from Ryan Hassan meaning Stansfeld now occupy 10th place.
