Balham 2-1 Glebe

Tower Hamlets 1-1 Punjab Utd

Tunbridge Wells 2-0 K Sports

Tunbridge Wells Manager Richard Styles was happy to ‘get the job done’, ‘get the win’ and ‘keep a clean sheet’ as his side moved up to second place in the table after a 2-0 victory at home to K Sports.

Wells are now just a point behind Corinthian thanks to the win that was given to them thanks to first half goals from Miles Cornwell and the in-form Euan Sahadow.

Defeat for K Sports leaves them in 17th place with their sole win of the campaign coming on day one.

Tower Hamlets finally picked up their first SCEFL point at the 10th attempt with a 1-1 home draw against Punjab United.

Luke Adams gave the visitors to the Mayplace Ground an early lead which was held until Hamlets levelled in the 65th minute when Paolo Okeye completed a fine team move.

The draw was a first for both teams this season and moved Punjab up to 13th while Tower Hamlets remain at the bottom but are finally off the mark.

Balham are up to 5th place after coming from behind to beat Glebe 2-1 at the Mayfield Stadium.

Jamie Philpot scored an early opener from the penalty spot for the visitors with Luke Hedges equalising just after the half hour mark.

With 10 minutes to play and the game looking like it would end all square Andre Cruz Rosa lobbed home from distance to give the hosts all 3 points and a place in the top 5.

Approaching this Saturday is a full set of Fixtures in the Premier Division.
