Corinthian 1 – 0 Erith Town
Holmesdale 3 – 2 Woodstock Sports
Sevenoaks Town 2 – 0 Deal Town
Tunbridge Wells 7 – 1 Lordswood
Rochester United 1 – 3 Whyteleafe

On the way to the title Whyteleafe picked up a win at Rocjester United on this day in 2014.
Tunbridge Wells were the biggest winners with Ian Parsons scoring 3 of 7 against Lordswood. Wells would go on to finish 4th. Corinthian edged out high-flying Erith Town and struggling Sevenoaks Town picked up a much-needed win against Deal Town.
Holmesdale piled on the misery for Woodstock Sports, who would soon finish the season at the bottom of the table – but with no relegation they would live to fight another day.

Beckenham Town 5-0 Cray Valley PM

Seven years ago today Beckenham cruised through their Quarter Final against Cray Valley PM on their way to lift the trophy. Fisher would fail to stop Becks in the semi-finals before Corinthian were their victims in the Final.

Cray Valley PM 0-2 Ashford United

Ashford United won their League Cup Quarter Final at Cray Valley on this Wednesday night in 2017. Rory Hill and Ryan Palmer got the goals for the visitors who would go on to lose to eventual winners Sevenoaks Town in the semi-finals.

Lewisham Borough 1-0 FC Elmstead

Jerome Richards scored a late winner for Lewisham Borough, giving them a rare victory in a season where they finished at the bottom of the table.

Glebe 1 – 1 Lordswood
Hollands & Blair 1 – 3 Tunbridge Wells

Sheppey United 4 – 1 Beckenham Town

A few weeks before the first lockdown we had a full schedule of Premier Division fixtures.

Sheppey United picked up a 4-1 win at leaders Beckenham Town, thanks to a Dan Bradshaw hat-trick, while fellow contenders Corinthian won by the same scoreline at home to K Sports.

Chatham Town were held to a rare goalless draw against Welling Town while at Star Meadow Euan Sahadow was scoring for Tunbridge Wells in a win against Hollands & Blair.

Louie Clarke claimed the Fisher match ball as they saw off Bearsted and Crowborough Athletic returned from the Mayfield Stadium with a clean sheet and all 3 points.

Alfie Foster was the match winner for Deal Town at Punjab United while Glebe and Lordswood shared the points at Foxbury.

FC Elmstead 2 – 1 Holmesdale
Greenways 3 – 2 Forest Hill Park
Kennington 2 – 0 Croydon
Lewisham Borough 5 – 0 Meridian VP
Lydd Town 3 – 3 Sutton Athletic

Although their charge towards the top 4 was to be in vain SC Thamesmead continued their excellent run with a 4-0 win at Bridon Ropes – Aaron Jeffrey netted a second-half double.

Sam Conlon and Gary Clarke scored in another win for leaders Kennington, while FC Elmstead edged out Holmesdale to keep their own promotion hopes alive.

Ross Penrose netted a last minute winner for Greenways in a 5-goal thriller against Forest Hill Park and there were 6 goals at the Lyndsey Field as Lydd and Sutton Athletic shared the points.

The biggest win of the day went to Lewisham Borough as they beat Meridian VP 5-0 with Kai Bichard scoring twice and Luke Cooke, Ijah Currie-Wilson and Darnell Simpson getting the others.
