Kennington moved to the top of the table for the first time this season after sealing a narrow 1-0 win at Snodland Town. Joe Fisher’s 35th minute penatly was enough for the Ton to take the points that see them rise into that precious top spot. Rusthall are hot on their heels though thanks to an impressive 3-0 home win over Croydon. Charlie Clover hit a double with Tommy Lawrence sealing the game late on as the Rustics move a point behind the new leaders but with a game in hand.
SC Thamesmead find themselves in the top six thanks to a 3-0 win away at Greenways. Top scorer Tim Beckford got the ball rolling when heading home a 28th minute opener while Harvey Browne added the other two in the final stages of the match. Six games unbeaten means sixth place for the Acre. Sutton Athletic also move to six games without defeat, plus a top half spot, after overcoming Stansfeld 2-0 at Lower Road. Arlie Desanges and Joby Smith were on target for Sutton who may still have hopes of a top four finish.
FC Elmstead remain in those promotion places after coming from behind to beat Meridian VP 3-1. MVP took an early lead but their advantage didn’t last long as Jordan Anderson quickly pulled the game level. He then gave his side the lead before Tobi Coker confirmed the points in the 75th minute. Lydd Town have now won back-to-back games following today’s 2-1 victory at home to Bridon Ropes. Ryan Smith openend the scoring for the hosts on 11 minutes but it was all-square soon after with Richard Jimoh equalising. With 10 minutes to play the returning Dale Horton fired home the winner and as a result the Lydders are now in 13th.
Kent Football United picked up their first point since early November after sharing the spoils with Forest Hill Park. David Olayokun gave KFU a 10th minute lead with Ollie Milton levelling just before the break in a 1-1 draw.

Rochester United v Holmesdale was abandoned during the first half and will now be investigated by the relevant football authorities.
