Help for Jeff Pettitt

Unfortunately former Referee and London FA council member, Jeff Pettitt, has been diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP).

He is a former Football League and Premier League Assistant Referee, and came through the system with London FA. Jeff also was an FA observer, coached at Charlton Athletic Academy and was a founder of London FA’s Mastermind. He was well known in the football scene around the South East.

A Crowdfunding page has been set up to raise funds for his family, as he will need to go into a specialist residential nursing home very soon.

After being concerned in deterioration in his health, last year Jeff was diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP).

PSP is an uncommon brain disorder that effects movement control of walking and balance, speech, swallowing, vision and thinking. The disease results from damage to nerve cells in the brain.

Any help will be greatly appreciated by the family, if you can spare a donation then please do so.
