Glebe confirm new Management Appointments

Glebe have revealed that First Team Manager Gary Alexander has committed to the club for the season 2021/22 .

Alexander took over the helm at the Premier Division club in September 2019 but has yet to see a full season complete.

Additionally, Gary will become ‘Head of Football’ for the Chislehurst- based side, overseeing the development of the Reserves, Under 18 and Under 16 age groups.

His first move in that role has been to bring in Daniel Stribbling as Reserve Team Manager. Daniel has a vast knowledge of Academy football, has his own coaching company and will work with Lee Gear as his assistant.

Glebe are keen to give the opportunity to all of the youngsters within their ranks to break into the First Team. They have doubled up on their Under 18 Kent Youth League sides and are aiming for their Reserve team to join the Isthmian Development League.

Glebe have also been busy improving the Covid-safe set-up at Foxbury by creating a new ‘alfresco’ outdoor wining and dining area that will be ready to go when restrictions lift on April 12th.
