Westside FC History
Westside Football Cub was established in May 1996 and is a Christian Club based at West Side Church, Wandsworth, South West London.
While we are a Christian based club, anyone who wants to play football is welcome.
Our aim is to enjoy playing football in the right spirit, with as much class as possible and to pass on the incredible news of God's Free Gift of eternal Life to all those who want it.
The Club's management is made up mainly of committed Christians who endeavour to run the Club on this basis.
We ask our Players to be sympathetic to this aim and we have a Code of Conduct to which all players are asked to commit themselves before signing for the Club.
We try to maintain a highly professional standard in everything we do.
We believe that this attitude enabled us to win various sportsmanship awards over the past years, which is one our main aim's every season.
By maintaining the Christian vision, it has enabled us to expand to a multi=team Club, with the Senior team reaching the FA National League Structure, currently Step 6.
Our 1st Team from Season 2021-22 will be playing in the Southern Counties East Football League, Division One with home games played at Colliers Wood United FC.
We are also very proud that a majority of the current 1st Team squad have graduated through our successful Youth Section.
