Punjab United boss Chipie Sian is looking forward to a busy pre-season campaign for the Club.
The Chairman and First Team Manager has set a busy schedule for the Club throughout August as he aims to get his side fit and ready for another exciting Premier Division season.
“We have a busy August period and it will be a great opportunity for all the players to improve their match fitness and sharpness, it’s also a chance for them to show us what they can do. Since our return to training the lads attitude, desire and commitment has been top class & I couldn’t ask for anymore. I’m really looking forward to see how they perform on pitch as well trying a few new things we’ve worked on in our training sessions.”
Punjab have 7 friendlies lined up, kicking off with Holmesdale on Saturday and ending with Herne Bay 4 weeks later.
Current guidleines mean that these games will be played ‘Behind Closed Doors’ but stay tuned for updates in case the situation makes a sudden change.
The Club will be providing match updates, scores and reports on their social media channels so make sure you follow them across the board in order not to miss a single kick!
