Ashford United boss Danny Lye was the standout candidate in the Premier Division after a month of five victories.
Lye guided Ashford to three wins out of three in the league, scoring 13 goals in the process, as they kept pace at the top with Crowborough.
They also progressed in the Challenge Cup with a quarter-final win over Cray Valley while reaching the final of the Kent Senior Trophy after success against Canterbury City.
It was a closer decision in Division 1 but Rusthall duo Steve Sands and Steve Ashmore came out on top.
Taking advantage of Glebe only being able to play two league games in the month, Rusthall pocketed 10 points from a possible 12 with three wins and a draw.
They were held at Bridon but scored 13 goals in three victories as they defeated Eltham Palace, FC Elmstead and SC Thamesmead.
